Our projects are varied in scale, scope, and budgets, ranging from new ground-up buildings, major building renovations or additions, tenant improvements for offices, medical offices, retail stores, and new homes, and existing homes requiring additions or pop-tops.

This Denver triplex represents Urban Living Modern Design, which responds to the design-transformation of the Highlands Area that was taking place during the early 2000’s era. It includes 7,000sf on 3 levels of living space with rooftop balconies and a detached garage for each unit.

Architecture is the visual language of shaping space through buildings and landscape. The historic 1924 Fort Collins High School main entrance colonnade served as a palette for architectural language for the new concert hall building addition.
